Projects Overview

In Egypt, H.O.M.E. supports three medical clinics, one charity hospital, a home care medical service, and a mobile clinic that provides medical care for people in rural areas of Egypt. Additionally, H.O.M.E. sponsors a full-time Egyptian physician to provide medical care to people in need in Sudan.

In Iraq, H.O.M.E. supports a newly founded clinic in the Baghdad area. The building, which also houses a community center, has been undergoing extensive renovations, but recently opened its doors and began serving patients.

In Jordan, H.O.M.E. helps support two sanatoriums that provide medical care to people in need from throughout Jordan and even from surrounding countries. One of these hospitals has also begun a mobile clinic, providing medical and dental care to those in rural areas of Jordan. Additionally, H.O.M.E. supports a medical clinic that specifically serves refugees.

H.O.M.E. supports three medical clinics in Lebanon. One of these clinics provides excellent medical care to some of the poorest people in the country. H.O.M.E. also supports a mobile clinic serving people in rural areas of Lebanon.

In addition to an Egyptian physician traveling throughout Sudan, H.O.M.E. currently supports one medical clinic in northern Sudan and another clinic in southern Sudan, which opened its doors in January of 2003.

In Syria, H.O.M.E. supports a medical clinic that has just opened its doors to serve refugees from Iraq. H.O.M.E. is currently working with healthcare workers in Syria to help in the planning stages of onther clinic in Syria.
